Roles & Responsibilities
1. Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities, emerging
trends, and competitor activities.
- Analyze market conditions and customer needs to tailor business development strategies.
2. Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Identify and approach new clients in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and petroleum
sectors.

stakeholders.
- Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and offer suitable
products and services.
5. Client Retention & Growth:
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling existing products and services to
current clients.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction to retain clients and drive repeat business.

- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport.
- Market knowledge
- Possess the ability to work well as a part of a team and independently.
**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in chemical Engr/ B.E / B.Sc. / B. Tech (cosmetology) /Pharmaceuticals A
master’s degree is a plus.
Experience: 1-5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
Salary Scale: Up to 7LPA (negotiable as per Experience & knowledge)
Work Location & Timings
Malad (West). Monday to Saturday - 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
