**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Answering Calls**: Respond to incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about products or services.
- **Making Calls**: Place outbound calls to follow up with customers, confirm appointments, or conduct surveys. Maintain a courteous and respectful tone during all interactions.
- **Customer Service**: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by listening to customers' concerns, empathizing with their needs, and providing appropriate solutions or assistance.
- **Data Entry**: Accurately record and update customer information in the company database. Maintain detailed records of all calls and interactions.
- **Problem Resolution**: Troubleshoot customer problems effectively and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a thorough understanding of the company's products or services to effectively address customer inquiries and promote upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- **Adherence to Policies**: Follow company policies and procedures regarding call handling, confidentiality, and data security at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly speaking voice.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers' needs and concerns.
- Exceptional customer service orientation with a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in computer skills and data entry.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a high-volume call center environment.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center roles preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
