**Job Title**: Call Centre Executive

**Location**: Sirpi Health and Wellness Centre, Peelamedu, Coimbatore
**Reporting to**: Front Office Manager / Operations Head
**Working Hours**: Full-time (Rotational shift or fixed shift depending on business hours)

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused **Call Centre Executive** to manage inbound and outbound calls, respond to patient queries, schedule appointments, and provide accurate information about services and procedures. The role is critical in ensuring a positive patient experience and maintaining smooth coordination between departments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Make outbound calls for follow-ups, reminders, and feedback
- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
- Provide detailed information on clinic services, doctors, timings, and procedures
- Assist in coordinating with doctors and other departments for scheduling
- Handle patient concerns or escalate to appropriate personnel when needed
- Maintain call logs, records, and update patient data accurately in the CRM or EMR software
- Follow scripts and SOPs while ensuring personalized service
- Promote ongoing offers or wellness packages where applicable

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma (Any stream)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (Healthcare or hospitality experience preferred)
- Proficient in Tamil and English (Hindi or Malayalam is a plus)
- Good verbal communication and telephone etiquette
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with scheduling/CRM tools
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Empathetic, polite, and service-oriented attitude

**Compensation**:
