Job Description - Call Center Executive (**Accommodation + 15k to 20k salary+ 3k to 5k incentives+ PF+ ESI (If your eligible)**

**Mandatory Language :Tamil, English or Tamil & Hindi**
**Minimum 1 year if you want to work with our company then only attend interview.**
1) Responsible to handle a large volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
2) Responsible to maintain ownership of calls throughout the lifecycle of a caller’s request, including follow-ups with escalation team.
3) Responsible to provide accurate and relevant information to customers regarding healthcare services.
4) Responsible to memorize scripts of health and medical services, and refer to them during calls.
5) Responsible to generate leads and make calls to potential customers.
6) Responsible to close a customer sale and achieve targets.
7) Responsible to address their inquiries, resolve issues, provide information about services, and offer assistance as needed.
8) Responsible to maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and complaints by documenting relevant information in the CRM.
9) Responsible to demonstrate empathy, patience, and professionalism when interacting with customers, aiming to build positive relationship.
Required skills and qualifications
1) Graduate or equivalent.
2) 0-5 years of experience in call center executive or customer support role.
3) Call Centre experience in hospital is added advantage.
4) Strong active-listening and verbal-communication skills.
5) Proficiency in problem-solving.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
