Call Center Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided leads or databases.
- Present products or services to prospective clients and effectively communicate their features and benefits.
- Listen to customers' needs and requirements, answer their questions, and provide relevant information or solutions.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective questioning and active listening.
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with qualified leads or follow up on promising opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, comments, or complaints, in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and appointment setting.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads and provide ongoing support as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a call center executive or similar role in a sales or customer service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a pleasant and persuasive telephone manner.
- Ability to engage and build rapport with customers over the phone, overcome objections, and handle rejection professionally.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to close sales or secure appointments.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a strong desire to achieve and exceed performance goals.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Any Qualification, additional qualifications in construction related product sales or customer service will be a plus.
**Salary Package** - 15000 - 18000K
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
