Call Centre Agent

Responsibilities
- Manage inbound calls in a timely manner
- Respond to customer queries related to products, services.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions Keep records of all conversations in our call centre database in a comprehensible way
- Achieve performance metrics, such as call resolution time or customer satisfaction ratings
- Build sustainable relationships with the client and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
Skills Required:
- Communication: Strong spoken language skills, particularly in English, Tamil and Telugu Preferable
- Listening Skills: The ability to listen attentively and understand customer Requirement.
- Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with call center software and data entry for maintaining customer records.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
