We are a growing company seeking a dedicated and experienced Call Centre Representative to join our team. If you have at least two years of experience handling Australian clients and are looking for an opportunity to learn and grow within a supportive environment, this role is perfect for you This position offers significant potential for skill development, including communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities. You’ll play a key role in assisting our Australian clients, ensuring they receive the best experience with our services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries from Australian clients
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience and empathy
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to improve service quality and client satisfaction
- Stay updated on product knowledge to assist clients effectively
- Offer suggestions to enhance customer service processes

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer support role, specifically handling Australian clients
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with Australian customer expectations and service standards
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- A positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow professionally
- Proficiency in using CRM software or similar customer management tools is preferred

Pay: From ₹22,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Australian English (required)
