We have urgent opening for call centre executive who can give customer support and counselling services on call to our clients at Prashanth Fertility Research Centre - Chennai.

As a Call Center Executive with Counselling at our healthcare center, you will play a pivotal role in providing empathetic support, guidance, and counselling to patients seeking assistance with their healthcare needs. You will handle inbound calls while integrating counselling techniques to address patients' emotional concerns, provide education, and facilitate access to appropriate healthcare services. Your dedication to patient advocacy and well-being will contribute to fostering positive patient experiences and outcomes.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Provide compassionate and empathetic counseling to patients, caregivers, and family members seeking support and guidance regarding healthcare issues, medical conditions, treatment options, and emotional concerns.

2. Handle inbound calls with professionalism, sensitivity, and confidentiality, actively listening to patients' needs and tailoring counseling interventions accordingly.

3. Utilize active listening and empathy-building techniques to establish rapport, build trust.

4. Document all counseling interactions, patient concerns, and referrals accurately in the CRM system.

5. Handle escalated calls and crisis situations with composure, crisis intervention skills, and adherence to established protocols for patient safety and well-being.

6. Maintain a positive and supportive attitude while working in a dynamic call center environment.

**Required Qualification**

1. Any Bachelor's degree.

2. Previous experience preferably in a healthcare call centre like gynaecology, fertility or IVF treatment with excellent fluency in English and Tamil preferred.

3. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport, establish trust, and communicate effectively with diverse populations, including patients from various cultural backgrounds and age groups.

4. Ability to work in rotational shifts.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
