
Executive - Key Accounts

**Job Functions -**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, acting as the main point of contact and building trust with clients;
- Rigorously track customers’ buying behaviour (orders’ frequency and recency) to maintain customer retention and rejuvenate the hibernating customers;
- Execute various plans to achieve sales targets and grow the business;
- Acquiring new B2B customers and effectively presenting our business proposition;
- Regular interactions with the customers to understand their needs and build rapport;
- Provide after-sales support and resolve customer’s concerns promptly and professionally by taking regular follow up.
**Desirable Position Qualifications -**
- Education - Graduation (Any)
- Spare part knowledge will be a plus
- Basic knowledge of MS office
