Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and strengthen
relationships with key brand partners
. - Plan and execute
promotions
, monitor performance, and review
KPIs
. - Drive
product strategy and performance
for online & offline channels in collaboration with internal teams. - Monitor and manage key metrics including
sales, GMV, and profit margin
. - Develop and implement
operational strategies
to optimize account performance.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a
Key Account Manager
or in e-commerce account management. - Strong analytical skills and performance-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Passion for the k-beauty and cosmetics industry.
Qualification and Experience:
- Graduate/ Post Graduate / MBA
- Experience: Minimum 2 years "In Beauty and Personal Care" Category (FMCG) on Ecommerce platform or brand
Work Location & Timings:
- MG Road, Gurugram, Haryana
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Work from Office)
