Role Description

This is a full-time on-site/Remote role for a Key Account Manager for A2P. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key clients, developing business plans, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Key daily tasks include monitoring account performance, identifying client needs, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. The position involves contributing to revenue growth and ensuring the successful delivery of VoIPBoxx's diverse telecom services.

  • Analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and problem-solving
  • Experience in Customer Service to build and maintain client satisfaction
  • Business Planning skills to drive revenue growth and strategic objectives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Telecom, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in the telecom industry is an advantage
