Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and strengthen
    relationships with key brand partners
    .
  • Plan and execute
    promotions
    , monitor performance, and review
    KPIs
    .
  • Drive
    product strategy and performance
    for online & offline channels in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Monitor and manage key metrics including
    sales, GMV, and profit margin
    .
  • Develop and implement
    operational strategies
    to optimize account performance.
  • Proficient in Excel & Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis).
  • Experience in inventory & supply chain coordination (PO tracking, OOS management, order fulfillment).
  • Experience with forecasting and demand planning.
  • Knowledge of P&L contribution /margin calculations (discounts, commissions, payout reconciliation).

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a
    Key Account Manager
    or in e-commerce account management.
  • Strong analytical skills and performance-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Passion for the k-beauty and cosmetics industry.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Graduate/ Post Graduate / MBA
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years "In Beauty and Personal Care" Category (FMCG) on Ecommerce platform or with brand

Work Location & Timings:

  • MG Road, Gurugram, Haryana
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Work from Office)
