Role Description

Globiva is seeking a dedicated Key Account Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with key clients, analyzing business performance data, and identifying opportunities for growth. Daily responsibilities include managing account operations, ensuring client satisfaction, executing business plans, and addressing customer service needs. The candidate will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and maintain high standards for client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Account Management and Key Account relationship-building
  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data and develop actionable business strategies
  • Proficiency in Business Planning and identifying opportunities for account growth
  • Proven ability to provide high-quality Customer Service and satisfaction
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Previous experience in the BPM or related industry is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields
