Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram for a
Key Account Manager
. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, understanding client needs, and delivering solutions to drive satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities include creating detailed business plans, analyzing account performance, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth processes. The role requires proactive customer service and strategic problem-solving to achieve business objectives while providing exceptional client experiences.

healthcare or wellness industry
is an advantage - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Experience in
brand partnerships
and collaborations to enhance market visibility and growth - Exposure to
new product development
, including market research, feedback integration, and product launch coordination - Working knowledge of
digital marketing
, including managing online campaigns, CRM tools, and understanding customer funnels, is a strong plus
