• Take ownership of major client accounts, fostering strong, trust-based partnerships that drive growth.


• Serve as the go-to advisor, ensuring every client interaction is seamless, responsive, and solution-oriented.


• Devise and execute bespoke account strategies to consistently meet and beat your sales targets.


• Resolve client queries efficiently, always aiming for 100% satisfaction.


• Expand CarePay's reach by onboarding new key clients and strengthening our partner network.


• Relish the thrill of regularly exceeding ambitious sales objectives.

Who We're Looking For


• Graduate or post-graduate in Business, Marketing, or a similar discipline.


• 1–5 years' track record in key account management or an equivalent client-facing role.


• Superb communicator, confident negotiator, and a creative problem solver.


• Highly organized multitasker who can juggle priorities like a pro.


• Comfortable working with MS Office tools.
