**Responsibilities**:
Develop and maintain a plan for success that includes in depth account knowledge, face-to-face meetings, innovative problem-solving and execution
Strong organizational and time management skills required excellent presentation, problem solving and customer service skills
Understanding of retail math, planning and sales analysis
Must have proven success in ability to nurture and maintain established business partnerships, identify and develop new opportunities
Ability to see the overall picture of the sales process and assist with the day-to-day account management and details that go along with this position

- Develop and maintain strong account relationships, working effectively with Top multi-brand retail partners to increase sales of defined categories
- During sell-in process present new collection in respective categories to accounts, assist them on product line available, help to upload orders, hit the sales targets of respected categories and accounts
- Using existing tools weekly monitor accounts' sales to find additional sales opportunities through placing at-once orders
- Participate at seasonal product trainings preparation and process for accounts education in respective categories
- Act as a point of escalation for client resolution on issues
- Track and analyze market/account performance and share analysis to reinforce development and management of all key accounts
**Requirements**:
- Strong computer skills in a windows environment with intermediate level Excel and Word
- Responsible for achieving strategic objectives per customer - NR, Gross Margin, Trade Spend and 4P
- University degree (Economic/Business/Medical preferably)
- 3 +years of sales experience (Medical Devices experience preferred)
**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
