Role & responsibilities

Job Summary:

The Executive/Senior Executive/Assistant Manager- Sales/KAM will play a key role in driving the growth of RapidShyp by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with eCommerce sellers, and expanding our network of clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the eCommerce ecosystem and logistics, along with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to promote RapidShyps solutions and help our clients overcome logistics challenges. Key Responsibilities:


• Identify, target, and engage potential eCommerce/ D2C sellers to onboard them onto the RapidShyp platform.


• Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive business growth.


• Present RapidShyp's unique value propositions, including our platform's seamless logistics management, intelligent courier allocation, and post-purchase experience solutions.


• Work with clients to understand their shipping needs, providing tailored solutions to enhance their operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve delivery rates.


• Collaborate with internal teams, including product and marketing, to align strategies and deliver superior client experiences.


• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the logistics space.


• Meet and exceed business development and revenue targets, while contributing to the overall growth strategy.


• Provide feedback to the product and operations teams to improve service offerings based on client input. Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.


• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the logistics or eCommerce sector.


• Strong understanding of the eCommerce industry and the shipping/logistics needs of online sellers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets consistently.


• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse trends and make informed decisions.


• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. What We Offer:
