We deliver impactful healthcare solutions such as in-clinic health camps, patient support programs, and specialty pharmacy services.In collaboration with a reputed pharmaceutical client, we are currently running a diabetes support and awareness program. To support this initiative, we are hiring a Key Account Executive who will play a crucial role in promoting healthcare products and generating prescriptions through hospital engagements.
Job Overview:
As a
Key Account Executive
, you will be responsible for field visits to designated hospitals, engaging with key medical staff, promoting assigned products, and driving prescription growth. This is a client-facing role focused on relationship building, product promotion, and meeting sales KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
Hospital & Stakeholder Engagement
· Visit a minimum of two hospitals per day as per the assigned schedule.
· Meet key stakeholders such as Head Nurses, RMOs, and Chief Dieticians to present product benefits.
· Ensure alignment between product offerings and hospital needs.
Sales & Target Achievement
· Promote products using effective sales techniques to meet monthly performance targets.
· Encourage consistent prescription generation through regular interactions with healthcare professionals.
· Build trust and product loyalty among hospital staff.
Team Collaboration
· Coordinate with the internal sales team and relevant departments to ensure seamless execution of product promotion strategies.
· Participate in regular training programs, review meetings, and company-led initiatives.
Educational Qualification:
· Bachelor's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or any allied healthcare field.
Professional Experience:
· –3 years of experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical sales, medical devices, or related fields.
Core Competencies:
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
· Sound knowledge of the healthcare industry.
· Good time management and organizational abilities.
· Capable of building and maintaining strong professional relationships.
Working Conditions:
· Employment Type: Full-time
· Nature of Work: Extensive fieldwork and hospital visits
· Work Flexibility: Must be open to flexible working hours to accommodate appointments and market research needs.

This position is part of a specialized healthcare program for a pharmaceutical client. The selected candidate will be on the payroll of Kartavya Healtheon Pvt. Ltd. and additional responsibilities may be assigned based on business requirements.
