Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Freshworks ITSM Implementation: Lead end-to-end implementation of Freshworks ITSM solutions, including setup, configuration, and customization to meet client-specific business requirements.

Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Work closely with clients and internal teams to gather and analyse requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and align Freshworks ITSM features accordingly.

Solution Design: Design ITSM workflows, processes, and automations that streamline IT operations, including incident management, problem management, change management, service request, and asset management.

Training & Support: Provide training and support to end-users and IT teams to ensure a smooth transition and high adoption of the Freshworks ITSM platform.

Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of configurations and workflows to ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance with best practices.

Documentation: Create detailed documentation for implemented solutions, including process diagrams, configuration guides, and operational procedures.

Post-Implementation Support: Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting to clients post-deployment to address any issues and ensure continuous optimization.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

3-5 years of hands-on experience with Freshworks ITSM or similar platforms.

Strong understanding of ITIL framework and ITSM best practices.

Proven experience in implementing ITSM solutions, including service desk, asset management, and change management.

Ability to configure and customise Freshworks ITSM modules and automate workflows.

Knowledge of APIs, scripting, and system integrations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.

Problem-solving attitude with strong attention to detail.

Certification in Freshworks or ITIL is a plus.

Preferred Skills:
Experience in project management and handling multiple client implementations.

Familiarity with other ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or Zendesk is a plus.

Experience in data migration and reporting within Freshworks.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
