Trillisent is looking for a passionate and experienced **UI/UX Developer/Designer** to join our product team in Thane. This hybrid role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to craft intuitive, scalable, and visually appealing interfaces for our enterprise-grade **SaaS solutions**, with a strong focus on **Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery (BCDR)** and **IT Service Management (ITSM)** platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design engaging and user-friendly UI/UX for SaaS products focused on BCDR and ITSM.
- Translate product goals and technical requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and translate feedback into design iterations.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and QA to ensure high-quality implementation.
- Build and maintain design systems and reusable UI components.
- Ensure designs are responsive, scalable, and accessible across various devices.
- Create user flows, personas, journey maps, and interaction models to support new features and product enhancements.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and contribute to feature planning and prioritization.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4+ years of experience designing web-based SaaS products.
- Prior experience working on enterprise platforms in the **BCDR** or **ITSM** domain is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in **Figma**, **Adobe XD**, **Sketch**, or similar design tools.
- Solid understanding of UX best practices, information architecture, and responsive design.
- Portfolio demonstrating strong problem-solving and design thinking.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML/CSS, React, Javascript).
- Experience with accessibility (WCAG standards) and usability testing tools.
- Knowledge of analytics and behavior tracking tools like Hotjar, FullStory, or Google Analytics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From ₹230.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
