**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the implementation of Freshworks ITSM solutions for clients, including system configuration, workflows, and integrations.
- Engage with customers to gather requirements, understand their ITSM needs, and provide tailored solutions.

- Perform end-to-end testing of the configured solution to ensure functionality and usability.

- Stay up to date with Freshworks product updates and industry trends.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in implementing Freshworks ITSM solutions (Freshservice, etc.).
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM best practices.
- Ability to translate customer requirements into effective system configurations.
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers, understand their requirements, and provide support.
- Problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Familiarity with other Freshworks products is a plus.
- Certification in ITIL or Freshworks ITSM is advantageous.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Freshworks ITSM implementation.
- Experience in customer-facing roles, managing communication and expectations effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
