Job Title: Cisco Contact Center Expert (VXML, Certificate Management, Webex, Tech Support)

Location: Hyderabad, Vizag, Remote

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Cisco Contact Center Expert with deep expertise in VXML scripting, certificate renewals, Cisco Webex, and technical support. This role requires a strong understanding of Cisco collaboration technologies and the ability to interface directly with clients to deliver exceptional service and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain VXML scripts for Cisco Contact Center solutions (e.g., UCCE, CVP, UCCX).
  • Manage and renew digital certificates for Cisco systems, ensuring platform integrity and uptime.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Cisco Contact Center and Collaboration tools, including Cisco Webex, CUCM, CVP, UCCE, and related platforms.
  • Act as a technical advisor and escalation point for client issues, ensuring prompt resolution and communication.
  • Collaborate with internal and client teams to gather requirements, implement solutions, and support deployments.
  • Conduct health checks, platform audits, and proactively monitor systems to prevent downtime.
  • Deliver client-facing documentation, runbooks, and knowledge transfers to support user adoption and maintenance.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Cisco technologies and certification renewals to ensure compliance and security.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Cisco Certified Expert (CCIE Collaboration or equivalent experience preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in Cisco Contact Center environments (UCCE, UCCX, CVP).
  • Strong expertise in VXML scripting, ICM scripting, and call flow design.
  • Hands-on experience with digital certificate management, including renewals and trust store management.
  • In-depth knowledge of Cisco Webex, Webex Control Hub, and Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM).
  • Proven experience in technical support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
  • Excellent customer-facing skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong documentation and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with third-party integrations (e.g., CRMs, APIs) in Cisco environments.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based collaboration tools and hybrid deployments.
  • ITIL or similar service management certification is a plus.
