Configure and enhance ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations using **JavaScript** and ServiceNow best practices.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow portals, dashboards, and reports for business process automation.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure system performance, security, and compliance with IT governance policies.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide solutions to resolve defects.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for ServiceNow configurations and custom developments.
- Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates and implement new features as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- **4+ years of experience** working as a ServiceNow Developer.
- Strong expertise in **ServiceNow ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management)**.
- Experience with **Employee Center** (configuration, customization, and enhancements).
- Proficiency in **JavaScript**, **Glide APIs**, **Business Rules**, **Client Scripts**, **UI Policies**, and **Script Includes**.
- Hands-on experience with **Service Portal development, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Web Services (REST/SOAP)**.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow **security and access control (Roles, ACLs, UI Actions, Data Policies, etc.)**.
- Familiarity with **Service Catalog, Workflow Automation, and Custom Application Development**.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- ServiceNow **Certified System Administrator (CSA)** or higher certification is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 06 months

Pay: Up to ₹1,750,000.00 per year
