**The Role**:
This is NOT a normal 9-5 job. We're running lean in startup mode, and we're looking for a Customer Success Manager who can match our energy, our passion, and our drive. As a key player in our team, you will take the lead in managing our customer relationships, helping troubleshoot issues, assist with onboarding, coordinate between our customers and our engineering & QA teams, conducting demos, writing knowledgeable articles, and making sure every customer LOVES the service they get when they need us.

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
