You’ll be the first point of contact for our gamers, creators, musicians, and tech enthusiasts—making sure their rental experience is smooth, reliable, and delightful.Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and chat.- Assist customers with product knowledge, rental process, delivery timelines, and troubleshooting.- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams for timely deliveries and pickups.- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and ensure proper follow-ups.- Handle escalations with empathy and professionalism.- Share customer feedback with the product/ops teams to improve service quality.Requirements- 0–2 years of experience in customer service (tech, e-commerce, or rental industry preferred).- Strong communication skills (English & Hindi required, local language a plus).- Comfort with basic tech platforms (CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, Google Workspace).- Patience, empathy, and problem-solving mindset.- Interest in gadgets, gaming, or music is a strong advantage.What We Offer- Competitive salary (₹1.8 – 3 LPA).- Opportunity to work with India’s #1 rental platform for tech gadgets.- Growth path into Customer Success / Operations / Product roles as Rentkar expands.- Fun, youthful work culture with gamers, creators, and musicians all around you.
