Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Executive who will act as the primary point of contact for clients. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to resolve queries efficiently, and a basic understanding of Excel for data management.

Key Responsibilities

·      Serve as the first point of contact for customer queries via calls, emails, or chats.

·      Provide prompt and effective solutions to client issues and concerns.

·      Maintain positive client relationships by ensuring a smooth experience.

·      Assist customers in navigating the platform and using companies services effectively.

·      Use basic Excel to review, edit, and manage customer data.

·      Escalate complex issues to the concerned teams and ensure timely resolution.

·      Gather client feedback and share insights with internal teams to enhance service quality.

Requirements

·      Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

·      0–2 years of experience in customer support / customer success (freshers with strong communication skills can apply).

·      Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

·      Problem-solving attitude with patience and empathy.

·      Basic knowledge of MS Excel (editing, filtering, formatting data).

·      Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
