
Administrative Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Cost Analysis: Conduct project-wise cost analysis, including expenses related to hotels, travel, and other administrative costs for all departments in each location.
- Cost Management: Efficiently manage costs associated with projects in each location and ensure proper processing of expenses.
- Project Costing: Possess knowledge of project costing specific to each location to effectively manage financial resources.
- Admin Knowledge: Plan and coordinate travel arrangements, including accommodation and transportation, as well as handle other administrative tasks as needed.
- Payment Processing: Oversee payment-related processes, including invoices, reimbursements, and vendor payments.
**Requirements & Qualification**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in accounting, finance, or administrative roles.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with project costing and accounting principles is preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
