Administrative Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Perform general office duties, including answering phones, managing correspondence, and greeting visitors
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and paper)
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, memos, invoices, and other documents as needed
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Order and maintain office supplies inventory
- Support team members with various administrative tasks
- Handle confidential information with integrity
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Proven experience of 1 year as an administrative assistant or in a related role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Salary: 20K - 22K Monday to Saturday
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience with office management tools (e.g., scheduling software, CRM systems)
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles
- Familiarity with project management tools is a plus
