
Inside Sales Representative

**Job Summary**:
The Inside Sales Representative in Real Estate is responsible for nurturing relationships, and converting prospects into clients. This role involves making outbound calls, responding to inquiries, and maintaining a pipeline of potential buyers or sellers. The Inside Sales Rep plays a vital role in supporting the sales team by providing initial consultations and guiding clients through the early stages of their real estate journey.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Qualify leads based on their interest, financial readiness, and timeline for buying or selling property.
- Develop strong relationships with clients to better understand their needs and preferences.
- Respond to inbound inquiries from potential clients and guide them through initial consultations.
- Provide information on available properties, market conditions, and financing options.
- Answer questions regarding the buying or selling process, and assist in pre-qualification if needed.
- Set appointments for real estate agents to meet with potential clients for showings, property tours, or meetings.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets, including call volume, lead qualification, and appointments set.
- Provide regular updates to the sales manager on lead progress, client interactions, and pipeline status.
- Continuously improve sales skills and knowledge of the real estate market through ongoing training and professional development.
**Qualifications**:
- 1 year experience in Real Estate Sales
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable with making outbound calls, cold calling, and handling objections.

Working Days: Monday
- Saturday
Working Hours: 11 am
- 8 pm
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
