**Role & Responsibilities -**
- Review, analyze, & draft a wide range of contracts & agreements, including but not limited to vendor contracts, service agreements, licensing agreements, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), & other legal documents.
- Engage in negotiations with external parties to ensure the best interests of the company are represented while maintaining positive business relationships.
- Ensure that all contracts & agreements adhere to applicable laws, regulations, & company policies.
- Identify & assess potential legal risks associated with contracts & provide proactive solutions to mitigate such risks.
- Develop & maintain a contract management system to monitor contract status, key milestones, & renewals.
- Offer legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on contractual matters, potential risks, & legal implications.
- Stay updated with relevant legal developments & precedents to enhance legal knowledge & ensure best practices in contract law.
- Work closely with the legal team and other departments to support cross-functional initiatives and legal projects.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency & effectiveness of contract management processes.

**Technical Skills**
- In-depth knowledge of contract law principles, contract drafting, and negotiation.
- Familiarity with contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite

**Prior Experience**
- 3-5 years of experience working as a Contract Lawyer or in a similar legal role, preferably in a corporate or shared services environment.
- Experience in reviewing cross border agreements, & knowledge of recent regulatory and statutory updates.
