As a Transaction Lawyer working for a real estate company, your primary responsibilities will include:
Drafting and reviewing legal documents related to real estate transactions, including purchase agreements, lease agreements, and financing agreements.

Conducting due diligence on properties and reviewing title reports to ensure that all legal requirements are met before transactions are completed.

Negotiating terms of real estate transactions with clients, partners, and other parties.

Advising clients on legal issues related to real estate transactions, including property rights, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.

Managing transactions from start to finish, including drafting documents, negotiating terms, and ensuring that all legal requirements are met.

Providing legal advice and guidance to real estate agents and brokers.

Representing clients in real estate disputes, including disputes over property rights and breaches of contract.

Staying up-to-date on changes to real estate laws and regulations.

Collaborating with other lawyers and legal professionals to ensure that transactions are completed efficiently and effectively.

Working closely with other departments within the real estate company to ensure that legal requirements are met in all transactions.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
