We are seeking an experienced Lawyer to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal practice with the ability to handle a diverse range of legal matters. The Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal advice, representing clients, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws.

Responsibilities

- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on various legal matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Represent clients in court and during legal proceedings.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
- Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Maintain case files and ensure compliance with legal regulations and standards.
- Advise clients on their rights and obligations under the law.
- Collaborate with other legal professionals and stakeholders to achieve favorable outcomes.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
- 5-10 years of experience in practicing law, preferably in corporate or civil litigation.
- Strong understanding of legal procedures and regulations in India.
- Excellent analytical and research skills.
- Proficient in drafting legal documents and contracts.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
