Job Title: Transaction Lawyer

Job Summary: The Transaction Lawyer is responsible for managing and advising on legal matters related to the purchase, sale, lease, and financing of real estate properties. This includes drafting and negotiating contracts, conducting due diligence on properties, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The Transaction Lawyer may also represent the company in disputes or litigation related to real estate transactions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Draft and review legal documents such as purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan agreements, and other contracts related to real estate transactions.
- Conduct due diligence on properties, including reviewing title documents, surveys, environmental reports, and other relevant information.
- Advise the company on legal issues related to property management, zoning, and land use.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of transactions with other parties, including buyers, sellers, lenders, and investors.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including local, state, and federal laws related to real estate transactions.
- Represent the company in disputes or litigation related to real estate transactions.
- Provide legal guidance to other departments within the company, such as finance, accounting, and operations.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in real estate law and regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
- At least 3-5 years of experience practicing real estate law, with a focus on transactions.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of real estate law and regulations.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with drafting and reviewing legal documents.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Documentation:

- Draft and review legal documents such as purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan agreements, and other contracts related to real estate transactions.
- Conduct due diligence on properties, including reviewing title documents, surveys, environmental reports, and other relevant information.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including local, state, and federal laws related to real estate transactions.
- Keep accurate and organized records of all legal documents and correspondence related to real estate transactions.
- Provide legal guidance to other departments within the company, such as finance, accounting, and operations.
- Participate in the preparation and filing of legal documents related to real estate transactions, such as deeds, mortgages, and other instruments.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
