**Responsibilities**:

- Provide legal advice and support to the business on all aspects of manufacturing and FMCG law, including legislation, LFSSI certification, and contracts.
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and memoranda.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings, such as negotiations, mediations, and arbitrations.
- Manage a team of junior lawyers and paralegals.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest changes in legislation and regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- 15+ years of experience as a lawyer in the pharma, manufacturing and FMCG industries.
- Strong knowledge of Legislation and LFSSI Certification.
- Excellent research and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to represent the company in legal proceedings

**Job Type**:Full-time

**Salary**: ₹4,000,000.00 - ₹6,000,000.00 per year

**Schedule**:

- Day shift

**Supplemental pay types**:

- Joining bonus

**Ability to Relocate**:

**Salary**: ₹6,500,292.19 - ₹8,000,680.07 per year
