**What You’ll Do**:

- **Resolve Issues**: Investigate and resolve customer concerns efficiently, escalating complex cases when required.
- **Master Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on our products and services, becoming a go-to expert for both customers and colleagues.
- **Communicate Effectively**: Deliver clear, professional information using excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Educate Customers**: Provide guidance on product features, usage, troubleshooting, and self-service options.
- **Collaborate Across Teams**: Work with marketing, operations, and support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- **Gather Feedback**: Collect and analyze customer feedback, offering insights to help improve products and services.

**What You’ll Need**:

- **Education**: Higher Secondary (12th Pass), Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- **Experience**: At least 1 year in customer service or a similar role (preferred).
- **Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a collaborative and independent work ethic.
- **Languages**: Proficiency in English and Hindi (preferred).
