**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes (Indian, Chinese, Continental, and Tandoor as required).
- Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation at all times.
- Plan menus, portion sizes, and ingredients according to demand.
- Ensure proper storage and rotation of food to prevent spoilage.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the kitchen area.
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff and helpers.
- Handle orders efficiently during peak hours.
- Assist in inventory control and report shortages to management.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Ensure consistency in taste and timely service.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience as an All-Rounder Chef or Cook in a hotel or restaurant.
- Expertise in multiple cuisines (Indian, Chinese, Tandoor, Continental preferred).
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple orders efficiently.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Basic knowledge of cost control and portion management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
