Job Title: B2B Sales Representative ( Female only)
**Responsibilities**:
- Prospect and generate leads within the B2B market, including builders, contractors, architects, interior designers, and property developers.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and industry trends, and utilize this information to develop effective sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle.
- Present product offerings, conduct product demonstrations, and effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.
- Understand customer needs and requirements, and propose appropriate solutions from our product range to meet their specific project requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients, ensuring profitability and maintaining a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with the sales team, marketing department, and other cross-functional teams to develop customized sales proposals and promotional campaigns.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential opportunities and make informed business decisions.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and objectives, ensuring consistent revenue growth and market expansion.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts using CRM software.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to the management team on market trends, customer preferences, and product improvements.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the sanitary ware, tiles, construction, or building materials industry.
- Strong understanding of the B2B sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, relationship building, and deal closure.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Demonstrated negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to handle objections and reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Strong business acumen and market awareness, with the ability to identify opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
**Salary**: ₹8,262.98 - ₹28,000.00 per month
