**Position**: B2B Sales Executive

**Location**: Pune

**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Identify and approach **jewelry shop owners, wholesalers, and distributors** to generate B2B sales.
- Achieve **daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets** through consistent market visits and client engagement.
- Build and maintain strong **business relationships** with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct **product presentations and demonstrations** to showcase sterling silver jewelry collections.
- Gather **market insights** and competitor analysis to develop effective sales strategies.
- Manage the **entire sales process** from lead generation to order closure and follow-ups.
- Ensure timely **order processing, invoicing, and payment collection** from clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales performance, and market trends.
- Collaborate with the internal team for **inventory management, order fulfillment, and client support.**

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 1-3 years in **B2B sales**, preferably in **jewelry, fashion, or luxury goods**.
- Strong **negotiation and communication skills** to close high-value deals.
- Ability to **travel daily** to meet potential clients and expand market reach.
- Knowledge of **gold/silver jewelry market trends** is a plus.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for **business growth and revenue generation.**
