B2b Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented B2B Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our business by identifying and securing new partnerships with businesses within the agriculture industry Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify leads, identifying decision-makers within potential client companies.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, tailoring your approach to each client's unique needs and challenges.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Manage your sales pipeline effectively, accurately forecasting sales revenue.
- Generate and analyze sales data, using insights to refine sales strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the agriculture industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, able to articulate complex solutions clearly and concisely.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients at all levels.
- A degree in Agriculture or Sales is highly preferred.
- Passion for the agriculture industry and a genuine desire to contribute to its success.
