Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential business clients, introducing and promoting our products/services.
- Identify decision-makers, qualify leads, and gather relevant information to assess business needs.
- Build rapport with prospects and deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to their requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and update the CRM system regularly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handover and follow-up.
- Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and sales targets.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Stay updated on product offerings and industry developments to enhance sales conversations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in B2B cold calling, telemarketing, or inside sales.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent and positive.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B lead generation and pipeline management.
- Familiarity with target industries and ability to quickly learn new product information.
- Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
