**Role Overview**
We’re looking for a proactive and confident **Cold Calling Executive** to join our sales team. You’ll be responsible for initiating conversations with potential clients, qualifying leads, and booking appointments for our business development team. This is a key role in driving our outbound outreach and expanding our global client base.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential leads in US/UK markets
- Pitch our services clearly and confidently
- Qualify prospects based on set criteria and schedule follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records of calls and conversations in CRM
- Meet daily and weekly calling and conversion targets

**Requirements**:

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in cold calling or tele-sales (B2B preferred)
- Excellent verbal communication skills in **English**:

- Ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism under pressure
- Strong listening skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in night shifts (US/UK time zones)
