**Job Title**: Cold Calling Executive

**Time Zone Flexibility**: India, UK, and US clients

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients in India, UK, and US markets.
- Identify and qualify leads through effective communication and sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through regular follow-ups.
- Utilize tools like Sales Navigator and CRM systems to track and manage leads.
- Understand client requirements and pitch suitable services or solutions offered by Shyena Tech Yarns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handover and follow-up.
- Achieve set targets for lead generation and conversion.

**Key Skills and Requirements**:

- Proven experience of 6 months to 1 year in cold calling and lead generation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in using Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and other lead generation platforms.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive approach.
- Flexibility to work across different time zones (India, UK, US).
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
