We are looking for a self-driven and competent Executive-Collections to facilitate our collection process and contact clients for the collection of outstanding payments. To be successful in this role, you must possess knowledge of the collections process and should be able to strike a balance between maintaining trustful relationships and ensuring timely payments.

1. Contact delinquent customers via telephone to negotiate repayment plans and resolve outstanding debts.

2. Utilize persuasive communication skills to engage with customers and encourage timely payments.

3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment commitments, and account updates using Excel and internal databases.

4. Analyze customer accounts to identify trends and patterns in payment behavior.

5. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex cases and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

6. Follow up with customers on payment arrangements and provide support and guidance as needed.

7. Meet established targets for debt recovery while adhering to quality and compliance standards.

8. Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to improve recovery rates and reduce losses.

9. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to debt recovery.

10. Having prior knowledge of recovery (Credit Card, Loan)

11. Excellent knowledge of Excel

12. Ability to convince customers to repay

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

2. Proven experience as a Recovery Executive or similar role in credit card and loan recovery.

3. Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills with a customer-centric approach.

4. Strong knowledge of Excel for data analysis, reporting, and record-keeping.

5. Familiarity with debt collection laws, regulations, and compliance requirements

**Preferred Qualifications**:
1. Certification in Debt Recovery or Credit Management.

2. Prior experience in a telecalling or customer service role within the financial services industry.

3. Experience with predictive dialler systems for outbound calling campaigns.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
