**Job Location**: Sector 125, Noida
**Department**: Collections / Recovery

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to customers for payment follow-up of overdue accounts.
- Provide account information and resolve queries related to payments.
- Maintain a record of customer interactions and update the recovery status in the system.
- Negotiate repayment plans or settlements, if authorized.
- Escalate accounts requiring legal or field intervention to the appropriate team.
- Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly recovery targets are achieved.
- Follow all regulatory and compliance guidelines in every interaction.
- Educate customers about payment options and consequences of non-payment.
- Provide MIS reports and feedback to supervisors regularly.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in telecollections/recovery or customer service.
- Good communication skills in Hindi/English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry, CRM tools).
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult conversations.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with a result-driven attitude.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in NBFC, fintech, banking, telecom, or utility collections is an advantage.
- Familiarity with collections software or CRM systems.
- Graduate or 12th pass with relevant experience.
