**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain strong customer relationships while handling sensitive recovery issues.
- Ensure timely recovery of fees, dues, or EMIs as per company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of communication and payment status in CRM tools.
- Resolve customer queries related to payment plans, account issues, or delays.
- Negotiate payment terms or settlements within given guidelines.
- Escalate non-responsive or high-risk accounts to the senior management.
- Prepare daily/weekly recovery reports and share insights with the team.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 0-1 years of experience in collections, recovery, or customer relationship roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English preferred).
- Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage difficult conversations calmly and professionally.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, or recovery tracking systems.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to handle pressure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
