**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a proactive and polite **Recovery Executive** who will be responsible for handling inside telesales and customer support calls. The role involves reaching out to students/customers, assisting them with their queries, ensuring timely recovery of pending amounts, and maintaining a positive relationship throughout the process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make inbound and outbound calls to customers/students regarding pending payments.
- Politely remind and follow up for dues while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
- Counsel customers on payment plans and resolve queries related to billing or recovery.
- Handle high call flow efficiently while ensuring quality conversations.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and recoveries in CRM/Excel.
- Escalate unresolved cases to the senior team when necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding concerns and offering suitable solutions.
- Work closely with the accounts and support team to ensure smooth recovery processes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (any stream).
- 0-2 years of experience in telesales, recovery, or customer support (Freshers can apply).
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Ability to remain calm, polite, and persuasive under pressure.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel and basic computer handling.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
