**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contact customers via phone, SMS, or in person to follow up on overdue payments.
- Visit clients’ locations for on-ground collection activities.
- Negotiate repayment plans and settle outstanding dues effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and client interactions.
- Monitor overdue accounts and escalate cases as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations during collection processes.
- Build and maintain good rapport with clients to facilitate smooth collections.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports for management review.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- 1-2 years of experience in collections, debt recovery, or similar roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within assigned areas.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and record-keeping.
- Responsible, disciplined, and target-driven attitude.
