**Job Title**: Recovery Executive

**Location**: Sector 125, Noida

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Negotiate repayment plans and settlements as per company policies.
- Maintain records of all collection efforts and interactions with customers.
- Coordinate with legal teams for escalated recovery cases.
- Follow up with defaulters and ensure timely payments to minimize bad debts.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on recovery progress.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Maintain positive customer relationships while handling recovery cases professionally.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Education**: HSC or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in recovery, collections, or a similar role in banking/NBFC/financial services.
- **Skills Required**: Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to handle difficult conversations with professionalism.
- Knowledge of collection laws and financial regulations.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office for reporting and documentation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
