**Job Summary**:
As a Hardware Recovery Agent, your main responsibility will be to recover and retrieve hardware devices, equipment, or assets from clients or third parties. This role requires a strong understanding of hardware components, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure successful recovery operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Asset Recovery**:

- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather information on the location and condition of the hardware to be recovered.
- **Communication**:

- Establish clear and effective communication channels with clients, providing updates on recovery progress and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
- Coordinate with internal departments, such as logistics and legal, to ensure a streamlined recovery process.
- **Field Operations**:

- Conduct on-site visits to client locations or third-party sites to physically recover hardware assets.
- Utilize knowledge of hardware components and equipment to safely and efficiently disconnect and transport recovered items.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all hardware recovery activities, including asset details, condition reports, and recovery methods employed.
- Generate reports on recovered hardware for clients and internal use.
- **Logistics and Transportation**:

- Coordinate transportation logistics for recovered hardware, ensuring the secure and timely transport of assets to designated locations.
- Work with external vendors or transportation partners as needed.
- **Technical Knowledge**:

- Demonstrate a solid understanding of hardware components, configurations, and specifications to efficiently identify and recover assets.
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and overcome challenges during the recovery process.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in IT, hardware, or related fields are a plus.
- Proven experience in hardware recovery, asset management, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with inventory management and tracking systems.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift and transport heavy hardware equipment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

**Requirement**:
Must have their own BIKE

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
