**Role Summary**:
We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Collection Executive to manage payment follow-ups, resolve queries, and ensure smooth recovery processes while maintaining a professional and supportive approach.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound/inbound calls to customers regarding pending/overdue payments.
- Maintain polite and professional communication while handling payment-related concerns.
- Provide clear information about payment schedules, outstanding balances, and account status.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
- Coordinate with internal teams for resolving escalations or disputes.
- Follow up consistently to ensure timely payments without creating pressure or discomfort for customers.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on collection status and updates.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good listening ability and customer-oriented approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel for maintaining records.
- Prior experience in collections, recovery, or customer support will be an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
